COVID Test Centers Under Pressure in New South Wales as Cases Spike

New South Wales Health Minister Brad Hazzard has warned testing sites are under “massive pressure”, with clinics forced to turn people away and wait times running out, the ABC reported on December 21.

An increase in COVID-19 cases and people rushing to get tests before holiday travel has left centers struggling to keep up with demand, the ABC said.
