In one tweet, Westbrook said it was close to 11pm and that she couldn't use her card to get on the Tube, saying she had sent the necessary information shortly after her account had been frozen and that it was "not on to do this to anyone this late in the evening".

"It's an absolute joke!" the actor said in another post.

"I had such a bad anxiety attack after 4 hours of not being able to even get a bottle of water as all cards frozen over one payment!"

"I think it’s absolutely awful to make anyone feel this vulnerable especially when you in the middle of a city alone," she tweeted.

"Fine hold a payment but allow me access to my clear funds to at least get home safely or get a hotel."
