Daughter Of Paula Yates And Michael Hutchence Finally Goes Into Showbiz Despite Family ‘Curse’

Fame was a deadly jinx to both her late parents.

So for almost 20 years Tiger Lily Hutchence Geldof has steered away from showbiz.

Yet the daughter of INXS frontman Michael Hutchence – who killed himself in 1997 aged 37 – and TV host Paula Yates – also married to Bob Geldof and who died of a heroin overdose in 2000 aged 41 – is finally following in their footsteps.

She is reportedly plotting a Hollywood career and has already landed her first proper acting role.

Last year Tiger Lily, above, who turns 20 in July, landed a bit-part in gangster flick Rise Of The Krays.

But her scenes were cut and ended up as a deleted scene on the DVD, but she is now still determined to make it as an actress.

A source told today’s The Sun she is now considering moving to New York to study the art.

Tiger – who looks the double of her dad Hutchence, pictured above with her and Paula Yates – has been praised by family.

Her uncle Rhett Hutchence has said: “She’s extremely beautiful and stylish, charming to be around and she’s very much into music and acting, just like her dad.”
