Dozens Arrested as Police Disperse Pro-Palestine Protest at UCLA

More than 20 protesters were arrested as police worked to clear a pro-Palestine encampment on the University of California, Los Angeles campus on the night of Monday, June 10.

Sean Beckner-Carmitchel, an LA-based videographer, captured this footage showing the moment a pro-Palestine protester speaking into a bullhorn was grabbed by police.

According to a statement released by UCLA police late Monday night, about 25 members of the group were arrested. Those arrested were cited, issued a 14-day stay-away order from UCLA property, and released, police said. Credit: Sean Beckner-Carmitchel via Storyful
