Paloma is the second venture for Murray Ainslie, owner of the award winning Canongate wine bar The Black Grape.

In 2023, the Black Grape won ‘Best New Business’ at the Scottish Licence and Trade News Award, against the Michelin starred Tom Kitchin.

Located at 50-54 Henderson Street, Paloma is taking over the location of Borough, the restaurant formerly named by TV chef Tony Singh as one of his favourites.

Borough closed earlier this year having previously featured in The Times' ten of the best restaurants in Edinburgh list.

Paloma opened its doors on Friday May 3 and is open from Wednesday to Sunday.
