Following this, Caleb tracks down Cain and probes him about Kim’s possible complicity – a conversation that leaves Cain fearful that Caleb is getting close to discovering the truth.
Chloe tries to leave with Reuben
Mack is to leave Chloe in shock when he admits that their relationship is over. But despite an initially cold reaction, Chloe is soon revealed to be taking the break-up hard when she sees red and slaps Charity.
But that is merely the start of Chloe’s revenge: fuelled by bitterness, she then reveals to Amy that she’s going to run away with Reuben to France and prevent Mack from ever seeing his son again.
But when Sarah inadvertently alerts Mack and Moira to the fact that she’s seen Chloe’s packed bags along with Reuben’s passport, they dash out having suddenly realised what’s going on. But can Chloe be halted?

But ultimately, Ryan opts to ignore the warnings he’s received and instead tries to reach Oscar over social media.
David is missing the signs
Jacob and Manpreet are trying to persuade Pollard to book himself into some Parkinson’s support groups. But David is missing the fact that there are secrets swirling all around him, as he interrupts Jacob and Brenda’s conversation about his dad, while also remaining oblivious to the sparks flying between Victoria and Jacob.
Manpreet, though, convinces Pollard to join her for a chat over a round of golf. And Leyla twigs that Jacob obviously has a new woman in his life.
Billy has doubts
Over at Home Farm, Dawn and Billy are left feeling stymied when they clash with Kim over decoration ideas for the nursery. But Kim herself is left delighted when Dawn asks if she’ll be her birthing partner.
However, Billy’s doubts about the plan for a home birth continue to nag away at him.
Rhona wants to reveal the truth
Rhona will sneak off to the hospital and attempt to see the baby in ICU, but her attempts to discover more about the newborn from a nurse are stymied when she realises that Gus is there too.
The following day, we find April left frustrated as she’s aware that the grown-ups around her are clearly hiding something.
Rhona, for her part, believes that April should be put in the picture, but Marlon is unconvinced. And, later, when Rhona witnesses Dawn’s pregnancy pains, she rushes to get help from GP Liam.
