The reverberations from Mack and Chloe’s baby bombshell are felt far and wide on Emmerdale next week.
Plus Caleb puts his nefarious scheme into action, Liam is discovered to have been keeping secrets, while Tom reacts badly to a comment made by Jimmy.

Can Mack win Charity back?
First we had the big discovery, now we get the aftermath, with Mack looking very shame-faced indeed as his sister Moira pieces together the jigsaw of his lies. But a talking-to from his sibling eventually leaves Mack encouraged to go all-out to fix things with Charity.

Amy, meanwhile, pays a visit to the hospital for cuddles with Reuben. But when a self-loathing Chloe breaks the news that Mack is the baby’s father, Amy finds it difficult to comprehend what she’s now being told.
Caleb furthers his plan to destroy Kim
Kim is now fully committed to Caleb’s plan to convince Moira to sell them Butlers. So in order to size up the opposition, Caleb starts acting as a keen observer of Moira’s financial hardship.
Nicky, meanwhile, is feeling stressed after several erroneous attempts to enter Kim’s password almost get him locked out of her laptop. In his view, Caleb needs to come up with another scheme.
While all this is going on, Cain will be seen being left in shock when Moira admits to him that she’s feeling defeated in her battle to keep the farm afloat. But little do they realise that Caleb has overheard their conversation – hence him then turning up to make a suggestion as to how they should act. His advice? That Moira should sell her farmland to Kim for the stud farm.
Moira then swallows her pride and tells Kim to make her an offer. But later on, Caleb will be seen at the rear of the Woolpack meeting with his contact Adrian, who provides him with a USB stick that will enable him to instal malware on Kim’s laptop and clandestinely obtain her passwords…
Liam’s big secret is discovered by Wendy
Wendy finds out something about Liam that he’d very much been keeping to himself: he’s actually a published author who writes under the pen name of Anna Le Monde. It’s a discovery that results in the pair bonding when she ends up helping him with the ending of a short story he’s writing.

However, Liam is later taken aback when Wendy blatantly tells a lie to Bob about her plans, just so she can attend a murder mystery convention with him. Bob, though, already appears to have a lot on his plate, thanks to him being at loggerheads with Bernice.
Jimmy has a falling out with Tom
It ought not to be a surprise to Jimmy that there are tensions within the King clan. Hasn’t it always been the way?
But he’s still left feeling crushed when he makes an inadvertent mention of Carl that results in Tom deciding to flee from the scrapyard. So is Tom’s time in the village going to be cut short thanks to one ill-timed comment?
