'Emmerdale' spoilers: Manpreet discovers pregnant Meena's killer secret, plus Al gets a beating

Meena has big news for Billy, but might Manpreet be about to expose her sister as a murderer? Plus Al is set to be left bruised and battered for Christmas.

Meena is pregnant with Billy’s baby!

Dawn faces a tumultuous week that begins with the arrival of young Lucas’s dad Alex. Meena takes great delight in creating friction when she makes out that Dawn has been neglecting Lucas – words that result in Alex snatching the little lad.

But Meena’s efforts to cause trouble backfire somewhat when Billy comes to Dawn’s aid and, eventually, kisses her. After Billy then admits his feelings for Dawn, he ends up dumping Meena, who’s left stunned by his actions.

But Meena hits back with some bombshell news of her own: she’s expecting Billy’s child.

Manpreet suspects that Meena is a murderer

Manpreet is suspicious about Meena’s pregnancy news, and her worries only intensify when she finds a social media page for Carol, the sister of Meena’s past victim Nadine.

After apprehensively sending a message to her, Manpreet is left gobsmacked when a reply comes through from Carol in which she states that Meena is a murderer!

Meena, meanwhile, is surreptitiously meeting up with an mystery driver on Main Street and handing over cash in exchange for a dodgy package. And, later on, the village killer will be seen intercepting a very drunk Liam as a staggers home and bringing him back to her bedroom.

Pretty soon, Liam is out for the count, having been ensnared by Meena. But what exactly does she have planned?

Season’s beatings for Al

Scheming Al is facing increased pressure by Gavin to get Chas and Marlon to sell the Woolpack, but there are still no signatures on the dotted line.

An ominous cliffhanger will then see a muscly man step menacingly out of Gavin’s car and halt Al in his tracks. Taking a big gulp as his heart sinks, Al realises exactly what’s coming to him…

Kim hatches a plan to bump off Bernice?

Having grown closer in Kim’s absence, Will and Bernice will now be seen having a frank conversation about their feelings for each other. But the atmosphere sours when Bernice gives Will an ultimatum: her or Kim.

By this point, though, Kim will be back at Home Farm and, unbeknownst to both Bernice and Will, she’s out in the hallway having overheard every word. Fans will then see Kim making a phone call and arranging for a “disposal”. Is she about to do away with her love rival?

Sam and Lydia to reunite?

Sam is being urged by Mandy to make amends with Lydia and soon decides to put his plan into action.

Upcoming scenes will then see Lydia finding a Christmas invitation hanging from her letterbox and appears bemused by its contents. What she isn’t aware of, though, is a smiling Sam watching on from a distance. But it seems as though he’s going to need some help and advice from son Samson if he’s to win his wife back.
