Emmerdale spoilers: Noah rejects Charity and Faith’s lies spiral

Faith’s lies begin to spiral out of control on Emmerdale next week, plus a coke-deprived Leyla snaps at Priya, while Noah rejects Charity’s olive branch.

Faith is caught out

Faith is dreading her chemo appointment, but the fact that she’s attending without her loved ones becomes all the more stark when she spies another patient who’s obviously strongly bonded to their son.

Feeling left out, Faith then paints a picture of familial harmony to another patient and lies about Chas and Cain’s whereabouts. But she’s unaware that Wendy is hovering nearby and has overheard everything.

Faith can’t help but get embarrassed at being caught out, but Wendy reassures her, admitting that she does the very same thing where Lee is concerned.

Chas gets suspicious

Chas gets worried when she notices a half-naked Nate in conversation with Moira. And when Moria’s explanation fails to convince, Chas leaps to the conclusion that the pair must have resumed their affair.

Deciding that she needs to catch them in the act, Chas soon finds herself clocking Moira in her bathrobe, but after bursting in, is surprised to find Faith there rather than Nate.

Wanting to conceal her illness, a floundering Faith then comes up with a lie to explain Moira’s state of undress. But for how long can she deal with her diagnosis without the support of her nearest and dearest?

Leyla is desperate for drugs

Leyla has run out of coke and ends up snapping at colleague Priya when she learns that she’s upset some valued clients. After making out that she’s going to fix the matter, a desperate Leyla then ends up searching Suzy’s bag for a stash, only to be caught in the act by Suzy herself.

Priya, meanwhile, is still at work, dealing with a journalist who’s interviewing her for a bridal magazine. But she’s left panicked when the suggestion is made that they take some photos for the article. Can Priya overcome her self-consciousness as regards her scars?

Later in the day, Priya faces further trauma when Leyla returns and lashes out at her. This time, though, a furious Jai intervenes, though he’s ultimately sympathetic to Leyla when she apologises.

Opening up to her privately about his addiction, Jai admits that he still has his dealer’s number on a piece of paper. But when Leyla demands that he burn it as an act of catharsis, might she actually have an ulterior motive?

Can Charity win Noah round?

Pollard will be seen turning Noah down when he asks for shifts at the B&B, but Mack intervenes and puts in a good word about the teen. Charity can’t help but be grateful that Mack is lending support and offers him her thanks.

The following day, though, tensions erupt again when an agitated Charity discovers that Noah’s court date has been set for the following week. Anguished at the distance that still exists between them, Charity attempts to reassure her boy that she’ll always be there for him – only to be left heartbroken when Noah rejects her.
