Flooding and mudslides prompted evacuations in Lake Elsinore, California, on February 14 after heavy rain swept through the Holy Fire burn area, according to officials.

Video posted to Instagram shows flooding on Machado Street. The City of Elsinore warned that erosion caused by flooding threatened to trigger structure collapses.
