Gordon Ramsay is going seriously undercover for his new TV series.

The 52-year-old celebrity chef has been transformed into an old, bearded gentleman so that he can judge restaurant menus incognito.

This particular disguise was used while he visited Mexican establishment Los Toros in Chatsworth, Los Angeles for the second series of his show Gordon Ramsay’s 24 Hours To Hell and Back.

The premise of the show, similar to that seen in Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares, is to turn failing restaurants around in just 24 hours.

He’s already gone the full Doubtfire in another episode, broadcast in the US in January, transforming himself into an elderly lady in order to dupe restaurant owners.

Ramsay showed off the result on his Instagram page.
