Baked bean dip bowl ingredients:

  • 2 tins of baked beans

  • 1 sourdough loaf (approx 400g)

  • 4 tbsp olive oil

  • 200g mature cheddar, grated

  3. Paint the inside of the loaf bowl with olive oil and toss the finger slices in 2tbsp of oil oil. Bake together for 15min. Turn the fingers half way through.

  4. Meanwhile, in a pan gently heat the beans, cheese, onion and mustard until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
