Has Tesco Gone Too Far With This Chocolate And Cherry Christmas Sandwich?
Tesco has launched a bold new Christmas sandwich for 2015 and no one is quite sure what to make of it.
Chocolate and cherry are two fillings that shouldn’t necessarily ever sit between bread, and yet the mavericks over in the Tesco sandwich creation department have defied conventional culinary wisdom and gone for it.
To be fair to them, they haven’t just stuck the sweet filling between slices of average brown bread; instead Tesco has used cinnamon bread just to be sure that there isn’t even a hint of savoury about the meal.
As soon as the sandwiches hit shelves, the internet went into meltdown.
