Yahoo News Helen Flanagan reflects on her second pregnancy
Coronation Street actress Helen Flanagan is nearing the birth of her second daughter, having been on maternity leave from the soap since April.
Taking to Instagram this week, the 27-year-old star posted an update on her account which loosely chronicles her journey through this pregnancy.

Alongside a photo, the upload reads: "Baby girl the size of a watermelon #39weeks x I think I'll be around a week late with my baby girl. I've never got to the stage where I've felt really fed up of being pregnant with this pregnancy and was so lucky my sickness went towards the end.
"I've really enjoyed this pregnancy apart from the first trimester x I've been so busy with my Matilda and working that it hasn't dragged, with Matilda I was so desperate for her to arrive and just really hated being over due.
"I'm so excited to meet my baby girl but my baby will arrive when ready and I will be equally in love with both my daughters," Helen, who said she cried while reading her final Coronation Street scenes before maternity leave, added.
Helen revealed in April that she found out the sex of baby number two in a rather unique way.
While she and partner Scott Sinclair were in Dubai, their clinical test results were handed over to hotel staff for them to pass on to the couple with an extravagant reveal.
"They put balloons in a big, decorated box which was brought into the restaurant," she explained of the gender reveal. "We unwrapped it and, when the lid came off, pink balloons floated out!
"We would have been thrilled if it was a girl or a boy, I'm just lucky to be able to have a baby. I will love this baby just as much as I do [first child] Matilda."
