Holly Willoughby has addressed some of the initial backlash she's received following the launch of her new wellness brand, Wylde Moon.
The This Morning presenter, 40, launched the wellness website in October 2021 and faced accusations that her health advice to fans is “wacky”.
However, in a new interview with Grazia, the 40-year-old made it clear she is not letting negative reactions weigh her down as she stated: “I'm not afraid of the reaction to it anymore.
“If it doesn't fit with what your thoughts and expectations of me are, well then there's nothing I can do about it."
The former Celebrity Juice star added: “I can't change that. I don't want to change that. And I'm not going to change that. This is me.”
The mother-of-three defiantly added that while she is not trying to “force” her wellness techniques on fans, she has no intention to fit into the idea people have of her.
“The moment that I launched Wylde Moon, the word 'wacky' got used a lot. I expected that. And that's fine. I can't change that. 'I'm not here to force any of this on anybody,” Willoughby explained.
“It's not 'come and meditate with me' or 'look at the moon and play a sound-bowl'. It's please go and do that thing that makes your heart sing. Go and do you.”
The former model previously revealed her hopes for her new website, writing for the launch: "I want WYLDE MOON to be a place where I can share the things that I love, the lessons that I've learnt, the things I see and instantly want to share with others."
Willoughby’s new business venture comes after the TV star shut down rumours that she plans to quit her role as a host of This Morning.
The star has been hosting the show alongside Phillip Schofield since 2009 and there has been speculation about when she might give up her place on the sofa.
Speaking on The Jonathan Ross Show, she said reports about her leaving were "unfair and untrue” and reiterated that she loves working with close friend Schofield.
