Yahoo News Hollyoaks horror as Mac turns violent with Neeta
Hollyoaks landlord Mac Nightingale will stoop lower than ever when he hits his partner Neeta Kaur in dark scenes next week.
Neeta (Amrit Maghera) has spent the last few months at Mac's mercy after he discovered her controversial affair with pupil Hunter McQueen and blackmailed her into staying with him.
Having already subjected her to a torrent of mental abuse – such as locking her in the pub bathroom all night – Mac will turn physical with Neeta next week when he makes another unsettling discovery.
Mac's jealousy will rear its ugly head again when he notices Neeta's blossoming friendship with Brody Hudson and becomes increasingly unhappy about it.
Unfortunately, the situation grows worse when Neeta reveals that Brody knows about her relationship with Hunter – prompting a furious Mac to hit her.
This is the first time that Mac has been purposefully violent with Neeta and his actions will leave her more anxious than ever – especially when people start noticing her injury.
Neeta does her best to cover up the bruise on her face as she heads into work the next day, but it still doesn't go unnoticed by a concerned Sally. Will Neeta be forced to reveal everything?
Hollyoaks airs weeknights at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with first look screenings at 7pm on E4.
