Yahoo News Hollyoaks is looking for background artists
Ever dreamed of appearing in the background of your favourite TV show? Well, Hollyoaks has now put out a call for budding extras to get involved.
Over on Facebook, the Lime Pictures Drama Casting page posted a job advertisement last week, so if you're thinking of applying, this is what you need to do – be warned though, there are a few restrictions.

It reads: "Hollyoaks are looking for supporting artistes!! Always fancied being a background artist on leading Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks then your luck is in. Lime Pictures are currently casting fun, dynamic and fresh new faces to add to their newly opened 'Extras' database.
"If you're aged 30+, are based in Liverpool, Manchester or surrounding areas and have a passion for TV then this is the opportunity for you. Applicants should have good availability and flexibility Monday - Friday and be prepared for early call times at the studios in Liverpool."
If this is exactly what you're looking for, then all you have to do to apply is send your name, age, contact details, a current photo and a little bit about yourself to dramacasting@limepictures.com using the subject line "EXTRAS DATABASE".
