Home and Away's newest doctor Alex Neilson will be drawn into Robbo Shaw's ongoing storyline after making her debut on the soap.

Show bosses have cast former Packed to the Rafters star Zoe Ventoura in the role of Alex, who'll be joining the hospital as a replacement for absent Tori Morgan.

New spoilers released by the show have now confirmed that Alex will try to help Robbo fix his current problems, suggesting hypnotism as a solution.

Recent episodes in Australia have seen Robbo's enemies order him to track down Dylan Carter, who was presumed dead after he disappeared in 2017.
