Ice Spice Embraces Cutouts in Orange Archival Versace Dress on the BET Awards 2024 Red Carpet

Ice Spice put a sultry spin on red carpet glamour on Sunday while attending the 2024 BET Awards in Los Angeles.

The rapper opted for an orange Versace dress from the Italian label’s spring 2004 collection, which featured a bodice cutout, a gathered skirt and a ruffled hemline. She accessorized with matching peep-toe pumps and a diamond-encrusted necklace adorned with a large butterfly pendant. The “Y2K!” artist completed her look with a chunky chainlink anklet.

Stylist Timothy Luke Garcia, who also counts Chloe Bailey, Victoria Monét and Kali Uchis as clients, dressed Ice Spice for the occasion.

The rapper wore her yellow-orange tresses in a wavy Marilyn Monroe-inspired bob, while her makeup consisted of winged eyeliner and pale pink blush.

Earlier this month, Ice Spice attended Alexander Wang’s “no season” fashion show in New York. The designer tapped basketball star Dennis Rodman and indie “It” girl Gabbriette Bechtel to walk in the presentation, where models partook in theatrical stunts, breaking wine glasses, applying lipstick and talking on cell phones while strutting the catwalk.

Ice Spice wore a sheer long-sleeve maxidress decorated with stud embellishments. The rapper added on matching open-toe heels, a set of black lingerie and a spiky handbag.

The BET Awards celebrate achievements in entertainment, honoring excellence in music, sports, television and movies. Taraji P. Henson will host the 2024 event, which will feature performances by Ice Spice, Tyla, GloRilla, Latto, Muni Long, Sexyy Red, Shaboozey, Victoria Monét and more.
