I’m A Celebrity viewers were in stitches as Victoria Derbyshire helped Beverley Callard check for bugs in her bra after this year’s first trial.

The 2020 campers were put to the test in the Gates To Hell challenge on their very first night in Gwrych Castle.

Afterwards, journalist Derbyshire helped Corrie legend Callard check her bra for insects – and gave her a compliment on her assets that viewers have labelled the “quote of the entire series”.

The challenge saw the contestants in linked cages, tasked with transporting stars through the chambers while a nasty mix of cockroaches, crickets, maggots and mealworms rained down upon them.

The group managed to collect seven stars, which each represent meals for camp.

However, Callard seemed to pick up a bit more than she bargained for.

As they walked back to camp discussing how horrific it had been, the Corrie star started to scream and jump around, saying she had a critter in her pocket.

"Oh my God this is my worst nightmare,” she squealed.

Turning to radio DJ Jordan North, she pleaded: “Listen darling, I've fallen in love with you if you've got rid of them.”

When they got back to camp, Callard suggested that they went to one area to debug so they didn't have critters in their living quarters.

But she couldn’t relax and was convinced something was crawling around in her bra.

Derbyshire offered to check for her, telling the actor: “Magnificent breasts.

“What a cleavage!”

“Oh my God, they're pushed up beyond belief,” the TV star replied.

Viewers thought the exchange was hilarious.

“Best quote of the night,” one person posted on Twitter, while another said: “Screaming at Victoria Derbyshire commenting on Beverley Callard's ‘magnificent breasts’! Iconic.”

Another said it was “the quote of the entire series”, while one viewer declared it the “quote of the season”.

Two of the campers don’t have long to wait until they have to face their fears again, as at the end of the launch show hosts Ant and Dec announced that a trial called Viper Vault would take place tomorrow (Monday).

North and EastEnders star Shane Richie have been nominated to take it on.
