What did you miss?

Jamie Lynn Spears has quit I’m A Celebrity on medical grounds and her final jungle scenes played out on Wednesday’s episode, leaving the women feeling like they were "outnumbered".

Ahead of the show, ITV had confirmed Britney Spears’ sister had left I'm A Celeb saying in a statement: "Jamie Lynn Spears has left I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! on medical grounds. She's been a fantastic campmate who has triumphed at trials and bonded well with her fellow celebrities."

While Spears was out of camp talking about her future in camp with the TV bosses, Nella Rose held Danielle Harold and Josie Gibson close as they discussed being surrounded by men in camp. It comes days after Grace Dent quit the show on medical grounds too.

Rose, Harold and Gibson shared an emotional moment where they embraced each other as well as discussing the future of the girls in camp.

The influencer sang the words: “And in the end, there were three.”

Gibson tried to lighten the mood as she joked: “We’re like Charlie’s Angels gone wrong.”

"We are," giggled Harold.

Rose said: "My sisters look around, we are surrounded by men!" She joked: "Treacherous beings."

In a piece to camera, she added: "The girls are outnumbered. We are not complaining. We get to kick our feet up as the men do the manly things."

Not long after, it was revealed to camp that Spears had finally decided to leave after threatening to quit over the past week.

Gibson broke the news to camp saying: “Jamie Lynn Spears has left camp. She won’t be returning.”

Taking a moment by himself, Tony Bellew shared some sweet words about bonding with Spears. He said: "She's a lovely, lovely girl."

Bellew had tried to reassure Spears the day before when he found her crying by herself.

Harold also admitted camp was going to feel “different” without the singer there.

She said in a piece to camera: "I think camp for me is going to be really different without Jamie Lynn. She was one of my close ones."

Hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly shared their well wishes, saying: "We wish Jamie Lynn the very best."

Spears has been torn as she has been missing her two daughters. Previously, she quit SAS: Special Forces after three episodes because she missed home too much.

On Tuesday, the star had been reduced to tears again but Sam Thompson had poked fun saying she was “crying wolf” and that she would be in the final two. At the time, Spears seemed upset by his comments.

Since entering the show, Spears has been threatening to quit after she admitted she had been struggling with missing home and adapting to jungle life.

The singer had just settled in well, making firm friends with Thompson, before she had a bad day again on Tuesday.

Earlier in the episode, Spears complained over the crisps not being served to camp in a packet. Danielle Harold and Fred Sirieix had worked hard to earn the handful of crisps for the rest of camp.

After everyone had guessed the right amount of duff duffs in the EastEnders’ theme tune song, they were delighted to receive the crisps. Admittedly though, Spears said she was “p***** off”. “Couldn’t they serve it in a packet?” She asked.

It comes just one day after she was sad about only having one square of chocolate and that she wished she had not had any at all.

Also in Wednesday's episode, Nigel Farage cried "I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here" during the Bushtucker trial after failing to hold his breath.

He had to pass on all the stars but luckily he was partnered with Nick Pickard who got six stars for camp.

Farage admitted he felt like a "failure" on returning to camp as he explained the water python and the eels didn't bother him at all, it was going underwater.
