Rochelle and Marvin Humes are one of the strongest couples in the showbiz world. The pair have been married for 11 years after tying the knot at Blenheim Palace in July 2012.

They have three children: Alaia-Mai, 10, Valentina, six, and Blake, aged three.

As well as raising their family, they work together presenting their BBC One music game show The Hit List.

Last year, the Humes couple renewed their wedding vows in Lake Como with their children to mark their ten year wedding anniversary.

Speaking about their decision, Rochelle Humes told HELLO!: "The girls have watched the video and seen photographs from our wedding day and Alaia, in particular, kept asking, 'Why wasn’t I there?'.

"She wanted to know, 'Where was I? In your tummy?' She wasn't letting it drop and that kind of spurred us on because we'd always said this was something we wanted to do."

Marvin Humes added: "The girls will definitely remember being here for this – and even Blake will look back one day and know he was part of it."

Humes found fame in boyband JLS alongside his bandmates Aston Merrygold, Oritsé Williams, and JB Gill.

Everyone will remember the band from JLS from The X Factor when they stormed the competition in 2008, even though they didn't win.

The boyband come runner-up to solo singer Alexandra Burke on the fifth series of The X Factor but they went onto great things afterwards.

However, JLS announced their decision to split in 2013 after five years of performing.

But they got back together in 2020 and Humes has recently returned from their UK tour.

After Holly Willoughby quit This Morning, Humes was named as one of the presenters in the race to fill the presenting position on the show.

Humes has history with This Morning, having first presented the daytime TV show with his wife in 2013.

They would often step in to present This Morning in 2015 and now they are considered part of the "This Morning family".

The music star has plenty of experience taking on the role of host for TV shows including: The Hit List with his wife, plus The Voice UK and Children In Need.

When the singer first told his wife that he was going on I'm A Celeb, hilariously Rochelle Humes thought it was a prank.

He said: "When I first told Rochelle, she thought I was doing a prank on her. She thought I was nuts and she still can’t believe I’m doing it!

"This is the most daring thing I have ever done and I have never challenged myself this way before. It’s one million per cent harder than performing on stage and I woke up with knots in my stomach this morning thinking about it.

"But this programme has been on my bucket list for years. It’s the first time I’ve been asked to do it so I jumped at the opportunity."

His family will always be on his mind whatever he is facing in the Oz jungle.

He said: "They are going to be at the forefront of my mind every time. I can’t let them down. I have got to get stuck in and be brave as they are going to be watching.

"Understandably, the devoted dad of three is also dreading not being able to see or speak to them whilst he is in the jungle.

"I don’t easily cry. But if the kids send me a letter saying how much they miss me, I know I will be bawling my eyes out. I can’t go a day without seeing or speaking to them. It’s going to be super tough."

Keeping his upcoming reality stint a secret from his JLS bandmates was tough.

Having just returned from a UK tour with them, he said: "It’s been so hard keeping it a secret from them. And when they find out, they are not going to believe it.

"Ten years ago, we filmed a documentary where we were meant to do a skydive. The morning of the skydive, I pulled out of it as I couldn’t do it. The other three did the skydive and so I know they are going to say: ‘Marv how are you going to do this show when you might have to skydive?!’

"Heights do terrify me as do the snakes, the rats and the food situation. We’ve been burning 3000 calories rehearsing for our tour and it’s going to be super challenging. But I am looking forward to chucking myself in at the deep end to have a once in a lifetime experience."

While he has hosted TV shows, this will be Marvin's first reality TV show appearance and he hopes to show people there is more to him than his JLS pop star career.

He explained: "Most people know me for being a quarter of JLS but there is a lot more to me. I’ve not put myself out there like this before and I know I will want to try and win as many stars as possible for my campmates and my family watching.

"I would never have said ‘yes’ if I wasn’t a team player."

I'm A Celebrity returns to our screens on ITV at 9pm on 19 November
