An "immaculate" Cambridgeshire village country pub has been listed as up for sale. The Oak, in Castle Camps, is being marketed by property agents Rightmove.

The pub, which was formerly known as the Cock Inn, is the only one of its kind in the village and is popular among locals. It is described by the listing as "charming" and added that there was an opportunity to increase its hours and food offer.

The venue is being listed at an asking price of £430,000. Among its features include two bars, seating for up to 60 people, a pool room, and a substantial trade garden for up to 40 people.
