Sofia Richie has shared the lavish details of her star-studded wedding to Elliot Grainge.

The daughter of Lionel Richie, 24, said ‘I do’ to Grainge, 29, who is the founder and CEO of independent record label 10k Projects, at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in the South of France on Saturday.

The pair’s guest list boasted a whole host of famous faces including her parents, sister Nicole Richie, Cameron Diaz, Benji Madden, Joel Madden, Paris Hilton and Carter Reum as well as her in-laws Sir Lucian and Lady Caroline Grainge.

The big day had no shortage of romantic details or outfit changes, which she discussed in a new interview with Vogue.

Richie told the publication that she had enlisted the help of makeup artist to the stars Pati Dubroff for her special day and had her long-time hairstylist Kathleen Riley create a sleek ‘do for the ceremony.

For her vows, the social media star donned an intricately beaded halterneck bridal gown by Chanel and paired the breathtaking look with a veil by the French fashion house which boasted resin water droplets that sparkled when she walked.

She stunned in her white dress and her seven bridesmaids in black full-length gowns, while Grainge opted for a classic look for the day in a black Tom Ford tuxedo.

The evening ceremony saw Richie, who converted to Judaism, escorted down the aisle by her father. The nuptials took place in a clear glass marquee on the hotel grounds and was covered in hues of white and cream flowers by Roni Floral Design.

The day wasn’t without it surprises as she revealed her new husband organised singer Stephen Sanchez to perform her favourite song, Until I Found You, as she made the seven-and-half-minute walk to the alter.

After their traditional Jewish ceremony, the pair and their A-list guests gathered for cocktails, dinner, and speeches, with the bride’s sister Nicole MCing the evening.

Following their reception, the style star changed into a Claudia Schiffer-inspired Chanel corseted minidress for the after-party, which featured a performance from her brother-in-law’s band, Good Charlotte, and her father Lionel Richie.

She revealed that her dad, 73, sang their first dance, Stuck On You, before surprising the couple and attendees with a rendition of Hello.

The bash, which was organised by event planners Banana Split, went on until 3am after enjoying a fireworks display.

Following the dancefloor, the newlyweds, along with their bridal party, continued the festivities in the same villa where it had all started earlier that day, reminiscing about the evening while eating “big bowls of pasta along with every French food you could imagine”.
