Coronation Street's Lucy Fallon was emotional after reality show, Drama Queens, came to an end.

The soap star is renowned for her role as Bethany Platt on the Cobbles. Lucy returned to the role earlier this year and was immediately thrown into some of the show's most key storylines.

Bethany was convinced her former abuser, Nathan Curtis, was behind Lauren Bolton's disappearance and the character has now been charged with the crime. However, it was actually Nathan's defence solicitor, Joel Deering, who committed the grisly act.

Lucy's life away from the screen is fortunately less turbulent and she was followed by a camera crew for ITVBe reality series, Drama Queens. The show came to an end last night and the show shared a clip today of Lucy as she said goodbye to the filming crew.

She said: "I'm going to cry. It's been actually a really exciting little adventure. I think the future is maybe some siblings for Sonny. Maybe some weddings. Who knows. So we just have to wait and see."

The post was captioned: "Who’s sad Drama Queens is over. We are! If you haven’t caught up on all the eps then get over to ITVx now to catch up."

Fans took to the comments and agreed as they hoped the reality show would return for a second season. Hannah said: "We need a Season 2!"

Chloe added: "We need a season 2 please" Laura posted: "Loved Drama Queens enjoyed watching you all. Lovely woman. Season 2 please."
