Jessie J keeping 'positive' despite still not being able to sing or talk without pain
Jessie J has said she's still struggling to sing or talk without experiencing pain - but added she's still keeping "positive" in a new health update.
The 33-year-old was diagnosed with inner ear disorder Ménière’s disease toward the end of last year and was prescribed steroids but started experiencing a burn in her throat not long after.
She's explained the problem isn't affecting her vocal cords, but the area around them.

Now, Jessie has said she's focused on looking after her "body, mind and heart and happiness" in the meantime while she isn't able to perform.
The Price Tag singer wrote in an Instagram post: "I still can’t sing / talk a lot without pain. (YET) (FYI it’s not my actual voice box or singing voice that’s the issue) Its around it. 🥲 Right now it’s a fight between acid reflux and my thyroid. I will let you know who wins 😂😩.
"BUT… I CAN keep trying to work out how to get back to my normal ASAP with a positive mind. WHILST using this time to get fit af and look after my body • mind • skin • heart and happiness!!!"
