The series followed the adventures of an advice letter ghostwriter called Plum Kettle (Joy Nash) who ghostwrites an advice column for Kitty Montgomery (Julianna Margulies), the editor of New York teen magazine Daisy Chain.

Plum is recruited by a secret political movement who may or may not have ties with a vigilante feminist movement called Jennifer – whose guerrilla tactics include throwing rapists from varying heights to their deaths.

Dietland aired on AMC in the US and on Amazon Prime Video in the UK.
