Katie Price took a trip down memory lane as she reflected on past relationships on her 46th birthday. In her candid discussion, the TV personality detailed the depths of her regrets about past relationships.

Getting her start in show business nearly three decades ago as a former glamour model, Katie's profile rose dramatically in 2004 post her stint on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! where she met Peter Andre, who soon became her husband in 2005.

The couple had two children, Junior, 19, and Princess, 16, before their split in 2009. Not long after, Katie started dating Alex Reid and the pair got hitched in February 2010; however, their marriage lasted only 11 months.

Next followed a relationship with Kieran Hayler, which led to a wedding in 2013 and a split in 2018, followed by an official divorce in 2021. The couple share two kids, 10 year old Jett and Bunny, nine, reports OK! Magazine.

While guesting on the Stripping Off with Matt Haycox podcast, Katie described her track record in relationships as "significant regrets." Asked about common themes in her life she would change, Katie mentioned her relationship history.

She voiced: "I've come to realise that relationships have been significant regrets for me. I entered this industry at a young age, and I suppose I was needy and gullible."

Katie concluded, saying: "However, through therapy, I've learned that it's okay to say no to men who want to be with me. In fact, they're the fortunate ones, not me." She is currently dating MAFS alum JJ Slater.

The mum-of-five didn't reveal which of her exes she was referring to during the podcast. She also discussed her past visits to rehab, clarifying she has never been in The Priory for addiction, alcohol, or drugs, but rather for severe trauma rehabilitation due to PTSD. She explained: "I've got severe PTSD and I was in there just for severe trauma rehabilitation."

The television star also candidly recounted a previous suicide attempt, stating: "I had a breakdown and somehow made it through everything. At one point, I tried to [take my own life] because I just didn't want to go on. But I woke up, despite it all."

Katie admitted she attended the rehab facility "even though I didn't want to" but did so due to pressure from the media and her peers. The star disclosed she still sees a therapist and a consultant to this day, confessing she has a "lot of s**t going on" but now knows "how to deal with it".

Katie also shared about her career, revealing she's embarking on a new venture in true crime, planning to interview men on death row in Texas.

"I'm supposed to be going to Texas at the end of the year to interview men on death row for a show that I'm doing serial killers, all of that," she added.
