Katie Price is looking to get rid of all her trademark pink vehicles because she’s convinced that they “get her into trouble.”

According to the Daily Mirror, the media personality appeared as a guest on Flex FM radio on Thursday, where she announced it was time to make a change and ditch her custom bubble-gum Range Rover and fuchsia Fiat Ducato horsebox.

In June, her pink Volkswagen Beetle was repossessed after she failed to pay the £2.50 toll when she crossed Dartford Tunnel between Kent and Essex in 2017. Over the two years that the charge went unpaid, the fine escalated so much that bailiffs allegedly removed the vehicle from her driveway.

She reportedly bought the car seven years prior to it being taken away. Her intention was to give it to her daughter, Princess - who was just two years old at the time – when she became old enough to drive. This year, Price has faced numerous road-related charges.

Back in February, she was banned from driving for three months after she was found guilty of drink-driving. It is believed that Price crashed her £75k Range Rover into a bush following her ex’s Kris Boyson 30th birthday celebrations.

However, the conviction was changed to that of ‘being in charge of a vehicle while over the legal limit’ after Price contested the verdict and assured the court that a mystery man was driving the car that night instead.

The ban was added to an earlier one she received in January, having driven uninsured and broken the restrictions of a previous disqualification for speeding.

At the time, she claimed that she thought the ban had been lifted. She was fined £1,100.

To cover the cost, Price took to eBay to sell her Barbie-style jeep but was ultimately forced to remove the Suzuki Vitara’s listing when the car dealership selling it on her behalf was bombarded with abuse.
