Kerry Katona in hospital with mystery illness

Kerry Katona has been admitted to hospital with a mystery illness.

The former Atomic Kitten singer, 39, has shared various snaps from her stay but has not told her fans why she is in hospital.

Katona went to A&E earlier this week and kept her followers updated on her Instagram Story.

Pictures captioned “still in hospital” and “still no news” showed her in a hospital bed, wearing a gown.

The mother-of-five has now shared a picture showing her cuddling her five-year-old daughter Dylan-Jorge, who paid her a visit.

She wrote: “Awww look who’s come to see me!!!! 1 out of my 5!!!

“Will let @123_mollymc off as she does live in another country.”

The star also shared an image of her boyfriend Ryan Mahoney sat at her bedside keeping her company.

She recently penned a gushing message telling her followers how much she appreciates him.

Katona said: “I just want you all to know that this man has helped me find my self worth, he completely and utterly believes in me and has pushed the past sooo far away that it’s just in view enough to see and learn from!

“It’s taken me 39 years to fine this man (big shout out to @bumble) a year and a half ago!!

“Tbf I’m normally pregnant, married and divorced in that about of time so just a little note to say thank you @ryanmahoney_7 not just from me but from the kids WE LOVE YOU and we appreciate everything that you have done for us.”

Katona has five children from three relationships.

She is mum to daughters Molly, 18, and Lilly-Sue, 16, by her first husband Brian McFadden, a daughter Heidi, 12, and 11-year-old son Max by second husband Mark Croft, and Dylan-Jorge by her third, George Kay.

Kay died earlier this year from a suspected overdose.
