Khloé Kardashian Jokes She Made Ex Take Paternity Tests After Seeing How Much Son Tatum Looks Like Her Brother

The Good American founder's baby son bares a striking resemblance to her brother Rob Kardashian

Khloé Kardashian was so struck by how much her son looks like Rob Kardashian that she made her ex Tristan Thompson confirm he was the father — several times.

While appearing on the SHE MD podcast, on Tuesday, May 7, Khloé, 39, spoke with hosts Dr. Thaïs Aliabadi and Mary Alice Haney about welcoming her baby son Tatum via surrogate last July, saying that she was surprised when she realized how much her son looks like her brother Rob, 37.

"And my son looks just like...to me just like my brother," the mom of two says on the podcast. "And my brother is one of my favorite people. I'm telling you, my dad is...My dad passed away and my son is like...My son's a year and a half, and he's sarcastic. And my dad had a really dry, silly, just crazy sense of humor."

"And there's glimmers of my dad in Tatum. And I'm like, 'This is so freaking weird.' But it's just how God works. And I love it," she adds.

Continuing, Khloé agrees with Dr. Aliabadi that her son looks more like Rob than her, nothing that "because [Tatum] was an IVF baby or surrogate baby, I was like, 'Rob, have you ever donated sperm anywhere?' I made Tristan do three DNA tests for Tatum, he was so offended."

"And I'm like, 'But he doesn't look like...'" Khloé says, trailing off. "This could be my brother by accident," Haney jumps in, speaking for the mom of two.

"In this family, that would not surprise me, but that would be so disgusting," Khloé jokingly adds.

Khloé shares her two kids — daughter True, 6, and son Tatum — with ex Tristan Thompson.

This isn't the first time that Khloé has noted how similar her son looks to Rob. In a fan edit shared to her Instagram Stories on Sunday, April 28, the mom of two posed with brother Rob on one side of the photo while her kids True and Tatum posed on the other.

Khloé had her arm around her little brother in the black-and-white throwback on the left, holding a stuffed animal in her other arm. On the right, True held her brother Tatum in the same way, with both kids looking directly into the camera.
