Yahoo News Kurt Russell kept calling Star-Lord "Star Wars"
He might be a Living Planet but that doesn't mean he's immune to the odd 'senior moment'.
On one of the Blu-ray extras (as reported by THR), an outtake reveals that Kurt Russell – who plays Ego the Living Planet, father of Peter Quill, aka Star-Lord – kept accidentally getting his name wrong.
"Well, even where I reside out past the edge of what's known, we've heard tales about the man they call Star Wars," says Russell during one take.
Annoyed with himself, he continues:
"We've heard tell of the man they call Star Wars. Ugh. Yes, Star Wars. He's all of Star Wars," he jokes. "We've heard of the movie Star Wars."
Comedy mistake. At least he didn't call him "Star Trek".
