Lee Ryan makes his EastEnders debut: The best Twitter reactions
Last night, Lee Ryan, aka ‘Lee from Blue’, made his EastEnders’ debut, rocking up in Albert Square on his motorcycle and quickly making himself at home in the Queen Vic.
Sent by MIA pub landlord Linda Carter, Lee plays Woody – a lovable bad boy who will be managing the pub whilst Linda and her husband, Mick Carter, are away.
Woody was already known to the Carter clan, with Linda’s son, Johnny, welcoming him with open arms whereas Shirley Carter seemed much less than impressed by his presence.
The star was only in the BBC One soap for a few minutes before disaster struck, with the Queen Vic roof caving in and squashing the family’s dog, Lady Di, with it being currently unknown if she is going to survive the disaster.
Despite the all-too-brief debut appearance, and the scene-stealing drama at the end of the ep, viewers took to social media to give their thoughts on Lee’s grand entrance to the show – and although there were some critics, most were incredibly impressed:

We are sure that Woody is going to be bringing his fair share of drama and heartache to Walford in the coming months and, if we’re quite honest, we’re excited to see more of him.
