A pivotal summer lies ahead of Leeds United. There are big questions marks surrounding the futures of a number of their top players.

Crysencio Summerville, Archie Gray and Wilfried Gnonto are attracting interest clubs in England and overseas. Some difficult decisions may have to be made after the Whites missed out on an instant Premier League return.

The Whites published their retained list yesterday evening, confirming that Sam Byram will remain at Elland Road after activating a one-year extension to his deal. The experienced defender made 37 appearances last year as United finished third in the Championship.

Right-back Cody Drameh has been offered a new deal, despite United manager Daniel Farke sending him on out loan to Birmingham City last term. With Drameh being offered fresh terms, it means the Whites will be in line to receive compensation for him should he find a new club this summer.

Talks remain ongoing with club captain Liam Cooper and Jamie Shackleton over extending their stays. A number of players will leave the club when their contracts expire at the end of June, including Lewis Bate, Charlie Allen and Ian Poveda, while loanees Jaidon Anthony, Connor Roberts and Joe Rodon will return to their parent clubs.

Here is a look at United's squad in full heading into the 2024/25 season.
