Levee Breach Leaves Davenport Streets Submerged

The Mississippi River flooded parts of Davenport, Iowa, after a levee suddenly failed on Tuesday, April 30, the Quad City Times reported.

Emergency officials assisted in rescue and evacuations near West River Drive, according to a local reporter.
