Line of Duty viewers spot big error in show's shocking latest episode
Line of Duty viewers reckon they spotted a pretty noticeable editing error in the latest episode.
Amid all the latest shocking twists and turns in the BBC drama, you'd be forgiven for missing the more subtle mistakes.
However, some viewers picked up on a scene between Ted Hastings (Adrian Dunbar) and Kate Fleming (Vicky McClure) that appeared to have poor dubbing.
He definitely said “four” and they dubbed over it to make him say “Five” rather than reshoot the whole scene, “DEFINATELY” #LineOfDuty pic.twitter.com/OVXOTZIBPL

Around halfway through the episode, the two characters discuss the deaths caused by Corbett (Stephen Graham).
"Look, the guy is responsible for killing five police officers," Hastings declares, though viewers noticed that he appeared to be mouthing "four" instead of "five".
Anyone else spotted the overdub around 41 mins in when Hastings says "five" but his mouth says "four"? #LineOfDuty

You could see that Hastings said Corbett had killed 4 people in the take but it was changed to 5 in the dub. #LineOfDuty #geek #Bloopers

#lineofduty Hastings mouthed ‘four’ when talking to Fleming about how many officers Corbett had killed. The word was dubbed over with ‘five’: pointless spot I know...

Whoops.
