Lion King and Queens: Cubs Debut at Dallas Zoo

Three African lion cubs named Izwi, Ilola, and Tadala – one male and two females – made their public debut and dazzled “their adoring fans” with cuteness at the Dallas Zoo on October 6.

“Today was a big day for these three little lion cubs! Izwi, Ilola and Tadala took their first steps out into their public-facing habitat to greet their adoring fans, with Great Aunt Jasiri and Grandma Lina right by their sides,” a Facebook post with the announcement said. “There was plenty of running, jumping, chasing, wrestling, tail-biting, and of course, cuteness, as they explored the habitat.”

The post also encouraged the public to come and see the cubs frolicking around their habitat, but noted that they are early birds.
