Viewers of the BAFTA TV Awards noticed Loose Women's Judi Love seemingly giving Lorraine Kelly a 'side eye' following her emotional victory.

Judi, a regular on the Loose Women panel since 2020, caused a stir when she appeared to roll her eyes as the Scots star accepted a prestigious TV BAFTA award.

The awards ceremony took place at London's Royal Festival Hall, with a host of television stars in attendance, reports the Mirror.

Acting and presenting talent from major shows such as Happy Valley, I'm A Celebrity and Succession were vying for awards, hoping to take home a statuette and receive the admiration of their peers.

However, speculation arose about a possible rift between ITV stars Judi and Lorraine when cameras caught Judi's reaction as Lorraine delivered her acceptance speech.

Lorraine had just been awarded the BAFTA Special Award for her outstanding contribution to the television industry, having graced our screens for four decades.

Lorraine received her award from fellow Scot Brian Cox and was met with applause from the star-studded audience.

Lorraine took her leave on stage with a chirpy comment: "I'm on the telly tomorrow, but I'm going to celebrate tonight. Thank you so much! " The scene then cut to I'm A Celeb hosts Ant and Dec, who were seen grinning widely and clapping enthusiastically. Anne Reid, star of The Sixth Commandment, was also marked clearly applauding.

Judi's reaction, however, stood in stark contrast as she appeared less than thrilled and seemingly refused to clap while eye-rolling.

This brief moment caused quite a ripple among those watching remotely, leading to an influx of amused comments.

A viewer posted on X, formerly Twitteer, saying: "Judi Love's reaction to Lorraine's award" - accompanied by two skull emojis to signify their amusement. Another echoed similar sentiments online with: "I'm with Judi."

Some speculated that Judi's response might be attributed to the well-known fact that Lorraine often adopts a 'part-time' appearance on her namesake show.

In jest, one fan remarked: "Judi knows Lorraine not coming back to work this Friday haha."

On the other hand, some thought it smacked of bitterness, with a viewer stating: "Why are the #loosewomen so bitter."

Following the event, Judi turned to Instagram to share her pleasure at being nominated for an accolade.

Her daytime talk show Loose Women, which was alongside Lorraine in the running for the Best Daytime award, lost out to the BBC's Scam Interceptors.

Posting pictures from the red carpet, the TV personality penned: "What a beautiful day! It's been an honour to be nominated for best daytime show @bafta I want to thank the amazing production team @loosewomen that are constantly evolving the show and setting the pace for new content, diverse stories and topics that reflect the audience! ! Even more fantastic that the black history month special episode was nominated with @realandypeters @charlenewhite @babatundecomedian."
