Louise Redknapp considered 'stepping in front of a bus' amid Jamie split
Louise Redknapp has opened up about the internal struggles she faced when her marriage to ex husband Jamie Redknapp came to an end.
The singer, who shares two sons Charley, 16, and Beau, 12, with the former footballer, found herself under such strain she had contemplated stepping in front of a bus while standing on Oxford Street.
"I would be standing in Central London, watching the buses whizz past and I would wonder whether it would be easier for a bus to take me out.

"All it would take was for me to step out at the wrong moment and it would all be over," the 46-year-old shared in the Mail on Sunday's You magazine.
On whether taking her own life was a possibility, she said: "I think so, for a split second. I was like, 'I would really like this all to go away'."
Louise explained it was the thought of her sons that "kept [her] going", along with her mother.
The couple announced they would be parting ways in 2017 after 19 years of marriage.
Last year, the mother-of-two remarked that she still loved her ex-husband but that she had begun to feel "lonely" in the marriage.
She told Hello! Magazine: “Bit by bit I began to unravel. I felt as if I was a spectator watching my life unfold.
“I was losing myself and felt very lonely. The lives of everyone around me were so fast-paced whereas mine felt stagnant.”
