Love Island's Rosie Williams has been one of the most talked-about contestants this series – especially after she called out Adam Collard for his behaviour on more than one occasion.

Rosie was eliminated from the show on Friday night (June 22), and she's been talking to Caroline Flack on Love Island: Aftersun about her time in the villa – and just how serious things really got with Adam.

"Did you discuss a future together – and did you believe him?" Caroline asked.

"Yes, we discussed what it would be like on the outside, and we actually discussed our parents and how they would feel about one another, and our first dates, and going to Newcastle and coming to Wales et cetera. But obviously, he dumped me for Zara – so I don't believe any of it now."

Caroline also asked Rosie why she decided to give Adam another chance, after she confronted him for talking about her behind her back to Megan Barton Hanson.

"Well, we got to recoupling and he was the only one left – so I didn't have a choice!" Rosie said.

"And obviously that night after recoupling, you've got to share a bed with them, and we stayed up for, I think, about three hours chatting about everything. He apologised over and over again.

"It did take me a couple of days to think, 'Right, are you going to trust him? Are you going to trust him?

"But in the end you've got to make a decision in there. You're either gonna go with it, or you're not. And there was no-one else in there for me at the time."

And on their big confrontation when Rosie poured her heart out after Adam went after Zara – and he just smirked at her?

"I just felt like I was talking to a wall, which is why I stormed off," Rosie said.

"I think when you're hearing something that you know is true, and you've got nothing to come back with, what else can you do but smile... and try and make me look like the idiot? He had nothing...

"For me, that was just closure and that's what I needed, and whether it registered or not – I said what I needed to say!"

Love Island airs nightly at 9pm on ITV2. Love Island: Aftersun airs on Sundays at 10pm, also on ITV2.
