Fiery Luke Littler lashed the loudmouths and also his rivals to storm Aberdeen and race into the Premier League play-offs. – as he had his biggest rivals purring over him.

The 17-year-old hit back at hecklers in the crowd as he won his first game 6-5. Littler put a finger to his mouth as he hit the winning dart to sink Nathan Aspinall. He stepped it up to destroy Michael Smith 6-1 in the semi with an average of 110 and completed the job by seeing off Rob Cross 6-4 in the Final. It was Littler's fourth win of the series as he qualified for Premier League play-off night at London's O2 Arena with two regular season events to play.

Littler said: "I can settle and play with a free throw now I'm through. I'll aim to win the other two nights coming up. If not, it's on to London." The Aberdeen crowd failed to inspire Peter Wright as the Scots star lost 6-4 to Smith in his quarter-final. Michael van Gerwen also bowed out early, losing 6-5 to Cross.

Meanwhile, Littler's big-time bottle was the subject of debate from his rivals van Gerwen and Luke Humphries as the superstar duo practiced backstage in Aberdeen The Dutchman stated: "What a dart... under pressure."

Then, Humphries followed up: "He's so good under pressure". And now Littler will be aiming to continue his stunning run and lift the trophy at the first time of asking.
