A MAN is accused of secretly trying to watch a woman while she showered in her Port Glasgow home.

Dylan Jackson, who denies the threatening or abusive behaviour charge, is said to have held a mobile phone over a bathroom door in order to observe the alleged victim while she was using the shower.

Jackson, 23, committed the offence on July 17, 2022, according to prosecutors.

He was not present for a calling of the case at Greenock Sheriff Court as solicitor Gerry Keenan tendered a plea of not guilty to the allegation.

Sheriff Euan Cameron continued proceedings to a trial and Jackson, of Moorfield Avenue in the Port, is due to face the claim on August 7.
