Man suffers broken jaw after 'bar attack' as police release CCTV image

A man has been left with a broken jaw following an alleged assault at a Durham pub.

The incident took place at popular cocktail bar The Boat Club, on Elvet Riverside, when a man was left injured after an alleged attack last Saturday (June 15).

Durham Constabulary has issued two new CCTV images in a bid to identify a man. The man - who is bald - can be seen wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans.

The incident took place on the evening of June 15, although police have not specified an exact time.
