Maya Jama denies she is dating Leonardo DiCaprio

Maya Jama has comprehensively denied that she is dating Leonardo DiCaprio.

The Love Island host was spotted leaving a club in Paris with The Wolf of Wall Street actor last month but has denied reports that the pair are romantically involved.

Rumours hit hyperdrive after Jama was spotted wearing a necklace that said "Leo" but the broadcaster has gone on Twitter to shut down the speculation.

She wrote on Twitter: "I’ve been minding my business on holiday & said I wouldn’t respond/pay attention to any of the silly stories anymore but you need to stop now. That is literally my star sign. We are not dating. Move on please."

The popular TV presenter was previously engaged to NBA superstar Ben Simmons but the couple ended their relationship last summer. Jama was also in a long term relationship with rapper Stormzy which ended in 2019.

DiCaprio also recently became single after ending his five year relationship with model Camila Morrone. He has since been linked with other models such as Gigi Hadid and Eden Polani and his representatives have also denied that he is dating Maya Jama.

The Titanic actor has come under criticism for his dating preferences in recent months as the 48-year-old has almost exclusively been in relationships with women under 25.

Katherine Ryan recently called DiCaprio "creepy" after he was rumoured to be dating a 19-year-old model.

She wrote on Twitter: "No crime just a creepy pattern."

Ryan also also wrote "uh huh" in response to a separate tweet which read: "The power dynamic of his age, his wealth, and his fame over a 19 year old girl is actually repulsive."

The comedian went on to joke: "This year, Titanic became too old for Leonardo DiCaprio to be in it."
