MGMT have announced plans for a UK tour later this year.

The art rockers will play four dates in December, including a date at London’s Eventim Apollo on December 13.

Tickets for the tour go on sale at 9am on June 1. They can be bought here.

The full list of dates is below.

December 13 — London, Eventim Apollo

December 15 — Glasgow, SWG3 TV Studio

December 16 — Leeds, O2 Academy

December 17 — Manchester, Albert Hall

The group will also perform as part of the Somerset House Summer Series on July 9, alongside the likes of Metronomy and Sigrid.

The band performed in the UK earlier this year with dates in Brixton and Kingston upon Thames in February.

MGMT first made an impact with debut album Oracular Spectacular in 2007, which contained the singles Time to Pretend, Kids and Electric Feel.

The following albums Congratulations and MGMT failed to live up to the success of their debut, but 2018’s Little Dark Age marked a comeback for the group and was well received by critics.
