Miley Cyrus becomes the 'latest victim' of nude hacking scandal

Another day, another celebrity photo hack. This time the victim is Miley Cyrus after dozens of explicit images appeared on a seedy website without her permission, shortly after Demi Lovato, Emma Watson and Amanda Seyfried were also targeted by hackers.

According to US reports, photographs of the 24-year-old surfaced online via the same website that has now become infamous for publishing nude and private pictures of celebrities.

The Sun reports that the intimate images show the pop star posing topless in front of a bathroom mirror, while other sources claim Miley appears completely naked in a sauna in the X-rated snaps.

Although the singer has wilfully exposed various body parts on stage, on social media, and as part of several high fashion photoshoots, this new selection of photos appear to be stolen from her private collection.

Miley joins a long list of A-list stars that have been targeted by online hackers recently – with some victims threatening legal action over the invasion of their privacy.

Last month several private photos of US pop star Demi Lovato were leaked online, but the Confident singer laughed off the hack in a Twitter post, where she pointed out that the explicit snaps were not all that risqué.

“I love how everyone’s freaking out about one picture. It’s not nude and it’s just cleavage,” she tweeted to her 41.8 million followers.

“Besides the world has seen me nude BY CHOICE before… #vanityfair.”
