This Morning star makes hilarious blunder at pre-Oscars party
This Morning's Alison Hammond has flown over to Los Angeles in anticipation of this weekend's Oscars ceremony, but it sounds like she made an entertaining blunder at one of the star-studded parties.
During today's (February 22) episode of the ITV show, hosts Rylan Clark-Neal and Rochelle Humes – who filled in for Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford – welcomed Alison from across the pond to update us all on what she's been up to in sunny California.
True to form, Alison was full of laughs and hilarious stories.
Recalling one incident as she approached 'The Cadillac Party', Alison said that a group of fans were shouting her name in hope of some autographs – but as the situation fully dawned on her, Oscar winner Allison Janney was in fact the person they were hollering out for.

Cinephiles will recognise Allison from her roles in the biopic I, Tonya and The Girl on the Train.
How marvellously awkward that must've been, but any follower of former Big Brother star Alison will know that she saw the funny side.
You know you've made it when you get your own star on the Walk of Fame... but @AlisonHammond2 isn't quite there yet, so she created her own and made a speech anyway! 😂 pic.twitter.com/EZqFTpbG0b
