Kim Yo-jong seems to follow her brother wherever he goes, and that included the short-lived second meeting between the North Korean leader and the President of the United States.

And she popped up all over the place in Vietnam – much to the amusement of people watching:

Not much is known about Kim Yo-jong but she is believed to be the director of North Korea’s propaganda department.

But her other vital role appears to be holding the ashtray for her brother when he has a cigarette:

After the summit came to a premature end, Trump said “sometimes you have to walk” and blamed a stalemate on the thorny subject of sanctions.

Trump said: “Basically, they wanted the sanctions lifted in their entirety and we couldn’t do that.

“They were willing to de-nuke a large portion of the areas that we wanted, but we couldn’t give up all of the sanctions for that.

“So we continue to work and we’ll see, but we had to walk away from that particular suggestion. We had to walk away from that.”
