National Guard Assess Flood Damage in Northern California

California Air National Guard assessed flood damage in Merced County on Sunday, February 19, as forecasters warned Northern California faced more raining following the weekend’s storms.

The National Guard also helped local fire departments to build sand bag barricades to protect properties as a new storm blew into the area on Monday.
