Neighbours has revealed devastating news for Aaron Brennan in the show's latest episode.

Aaron (Matt Wilson) has recently been making plans to start a family with his husband David Tanaka, which led to his sister Chloe finally revealing the truth about testing positive for the Huntington's gene.

Thursday's visit to Ramsay Street (December 13) saw Aaron receive his own test results, a few days after his older brother Mark had been given the all-clear.

When the moment of truth arrived at the hospital, Aaron was shocked to learn that he's in a rare genetic "grey area" – he won't develop Huntington's disease himself, but he could pass it onto his children.

Aaron and David had previously decided to use his sperm when the time was right to start a family, but the bombshell news has left their plans in tatters.

What does the future hold for the couple and their plans to become parents?

Elsewhere in Erinsborough today, Fake Dee's daughter Willow Somers (Mieke Billing-Smith) made a return and was shocked as her evil grandmother Alice Wells came clean over her plan to kill Sonya Rebecchi.

Alice (Kerry Armstrong) caught Willow sending off a warning text to Toadie and angrily locked her in the potting shed at the nursery to keep her out of the way for a while.

Will anyone find Willow before it’s too late to save Sonya? All will be revealed in tomorrow's episode.
